The promotion purchase period ends Tuesday 30th April 2024 at 11:59pm EST. However, you have until Friday 31st May 2024 at 11:59pm to upload your eligible invoices and to use your points and redeem your reward(s).

If you have ordered a digital eVoucher or eGift card (any reward from the ‘Experience’ category in the Rewards section) the digital eVoucher or eGift card would have been sent directly to the email provided in your WHPH Profile.
Please ensure that email address is correct and please check your Spam folder before contacting the WHPH Customer Service team.

Please email whph.au@hager.com as soon as possible, referencing the HAG_XXXX order number, the original address and the preferred delivery address.

Below is the list of rewards available in 2024, while stocks last.

Once the points have been allocated to your account, you can use the points the same way that you have used the vouchers in previous years to redeem rewards, either via the website or the app.

All invoices can be found under the Invoices tab in the Burger Menu of the new App, or in the Invoices tab of your Profile on the Website.

Here are some elements you can check before contacting us:

• Check the quality of the scanned invoice.
• Check the format of the uploaded invoice. (ie. JPG, PDF, PNG)
• Check your Wholesaler/Branch is participating in the promotion. (Click here to see list of Participating Wholesaler/Branches)
• Ensure that you have purchased items from the participating product range, and they are correctly outlined on the invoice. (Click here to see list of Participating Products)
• Double check that the account you are using in the App is the same as the one you are logging into on the Website. Your username is your email address.

Should you receive the below error codes/reasons, please proceed with the steps outlined:

The App and Website accept PDF, JPEG, PNG.

Uploading of your invoices can be done via the App or the Website.

If using the app, simply log in, click on “Scan Invoice” button.
Confirm the Wholesaler/Branch you have purchased from.
Hold your phone above the invoice and hit the “circle” capture button.
The App allows you to scan using the camera or upload the invoice by selecting the correct file in your Files.

If uploading via the website, simply log in to your WHPH account at whph.com.au and click on the “Upload Invoice” from the main menu.
Confirm the Wholesaler/Branch you have purchased from.
Click on ‘Choose File’ and select your invoice from your files.
Simply click on ‘Upload Invoice’.

Simply scan the QR code below or search the Apple App Store (IOS Phones) or Google Play (Android Phones).

Every Participating Product has a point value allocated to it. (See Participating Products)
For every eligible purchase of a Participating Product, you simply scan or upload your invoice via the WHPH App or Website.

The invoice will be validated by the platform and then your points will be allocated to your account. Allow up to 48 hours before contacting WHPH Customer Service 

If you have previously logged in (2022, 2023), you can use the same login details for the Website or the new App in 2024.

If you do not remember your password, simply select ‘Forgot my password’ at the Login page, and ensure you are providing the same email address used previously.

Yes, you still get the same value as previous years and the new points system ensures that you are rewarded for every eligible product you purchase.

To offer more flexibility, this year WHPH will allow you to be rewarded for each individual eligible Hager product you purchase. The reward mechanic will be based on points per individual product rather than vouchers based on pack purchases which was previously used in the WHPH promotion.
